This show wasn’t bad, though hard to tell from this clip. I’m kind of surprised Tabor didn’t know “Its your move” considering such a big Jason Bateman supporter. That was a pretty good show.

  2. Taber Says:

I enjoyed It’s Like, You Know… quite a bit when it was on. I want to re-watch the series now that I live in LA to see if it’s accurate.

  3. Cameron Rice Says:

Glad to hear I’ll be saving money by skipping out on “Dead Snow”. And now I must search out “The Children”. Was wondering if you guys would mention “The Wonder Years” as a show that needed to come to DVD, cause that seems to be the “must” show for everyone as far as “not yet on DVD”.

Also I think Andy Barker P.I. is still on Hulu.

  4. Taber Says:

Yes, I’ve been waiting for the Wonder Years, but the delay is due to music rights issues. If it does get released, i fear that it will be missing the very soundtrack that defined it’s era.

    Taber and Crank,

Thanks for the feedback on the TV shows and the Roku. Despite Netflix.com’s CEO stating that streaming content will be the norm in five years, I don’t think watching streaming movies and TV via any device will happen until one can download content that is nearly identical to the picture and audio quality of at least a DVD and the ISPs have enough bandwidth.

Thanks for the awesome show – and I hope you are back next week, Mike!

Taber’s talk about the Netflix streaming movies is a funny counterpoint to Chris on Around Comics.

“I use this service on my XBox 360, and it buffers all the time.”

  7. Cameron Rice Says:

I have the Roku and quite like it, but my internet is good (for now).

  8. Marshall Says:

I loved DED SNO (actual title).

Traverse City film fest is July 28th – Aug 2nd. I doubt I’m going, but they’ve got a LOT of cool films.

See lots of cool stuff at Comic Con for me, Taber.

  10. Taber Says:

    Not going this year, Noel?

I’m just excited to see Freddy Krueger 2.0. I will unfortunately have to miss all the 3D goodness on Thursday: TRON 2 and Avatar. For the second year in a row I miss TRON 2 footage.

  11. G. Noel Gross Says:

Nope. Not this year. Maybe next. Swore I was done after last year, but the siren call of nerd spawning grounds is too strong.
